100% Green IT
As an IT service provider, we are aware of the importance of energy consumption in data centers for climate change. That is why we use 100% green electricity in the data centers we operate.
Our waste heat recovery, the PUE value and certifications such as the Sustainable Data Center from TÜV-Rheinland and our commitment as a VMware Zero Carbon Committed Partner show that we take our pioneering role in the industry seriously.
Ecological responsibility
Committed to everyday work
Sustainability should be part of our daily lives. That is why we are proud that our largest office building has been awarded LEED Gold certification, underlining our commitment to environmental protection and energy efficiency. In addition, wherever possible, we pay attention to durable technology and selected procurement.
Another focus is the topic of mobility. Our head office is equipped with e-charging stations and we have a bicycle and e-bike leasing program. Our approach is to continuously question and minimize unnecessary consumption in order to further reduce our ecological footprint.

People count - professional inclusion
Since our foundation in 2002, the professional inclusion of people with disabilities has been one of our central themes. With the establishment of Germany's first inclusive data center, we offer people with different backgrounds and abilities a supportive working environment. Diversity and inclusion are central components of our corporate culture.
The people behind our company are as colorful as our logo. We are proud that the proportion of women in our company is also increasing. The promotion of women to management positions will be a particular goal in the coming years.

A satisfied team as a basis
Satisfied employees are the be-all and end-all for us. Regular employee surveys help us to implement continuous improvements.
Occupational health and safety is a top priority: an occupational health and safety committee, psychological risk assessments, health campaigns, first aiders specifically for mental illness and health courses at our training campus promote the well-being of our employees. We also support work-life balance and invest in high-quality training and further education.

Integrity and transparency are the cornerstones of our corporate governance. We are firmly opposed to corruption and bribery and take strict measures to prevent such practices. We also attach great importance to the protection of personal data and adhere to strict data protection guidelines.

Whistleblowers are protected
An important component of our compliance strategy is our whistleblowing tool in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act. This tool is available to both internal and external stakeholders to report suspected cases of misconduct securely and anonymously.
By reporting, whistleblowers help to uncover, clarify and remedy misconduct at an early stage. Together, we ensure our sustainable corporate success.
