EPIC Package

You share your vision in a joint workshop and we develop a draft concept for you in the format of an Epic.

Package contents:

• Coordination of the dates and contents of the workshop together with you
• Conducting a workshop for at most one full day, as agreed with you, either remotely or on-site at the AKQUINET premises or your own
• Involvement of at least one AKQUINET product owner or an AKQUINET developer
• Epic as the description of the solution idea (Word document with max. 5 pages)

Our cost estimate: 5 developer days. You pay for only one developer day to the amount of € 1,250.

UserStory Package

Together with you, we develop your 2 User Stories based on the Epic. For this we require two workshops with you.

Package contents:

• Coordination of the dates and contents of the workshops together with you
• Preparation of the workshop in terms of content and structure by AKQUINET
• Conducting two half-day workshops, as agreed with you, either remotely or on-site at the AKQUINET premises or your own
• Involvement of at least one AKQUINET product owner and one AKQUINET developer
• 2 User Stories as a description of the relevant user groups wishes and requirements for the solution idea (Word document with max. 8 pages)

Our cost estimate: 6 developer days. You pay € 3,900.

MVP Paket

In order for you to be able to see what the solution looks and feels like, we will build a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) from the two User Stories. This “minimally usable and viable product” serves as your starting solution for all further steps towards the final solution.

Package contents:

• Joint development of the MVP solution scope
• Joint specification of the technological components
• Development of the MVP within the framework of an agile implementation project
• Outline of an implementation plan for the further realization of the solution (description of the desired functional scope
• Estimation of workload and budget, time and task planning)
