bRobots® 6.2 Is Here: Faster Processes, More Flexible Uploads and a Clearer Overview

Reliable master data requires clear rules and well-defined processes. bRobots® helps businesses manage the creation and modification of SAP master data, validate data and automate recurring tasks. Version 6.2 (released on 18 September 2026) makes everyday work even easier and faster.

The standard template processes respond more quickly to input and start faster. Their execution speed has increased by up to 80%. Additional checks help identify errors in input field rules when setting up templates.

For processing large numbers of records, the Process & Service Mass-Cockpit provides an Excel upload feature. With the new release, files can be uploaded regardless of the selected process name. The handling of numbers, dates and times according to their cell formatting has also been improved.

The Process & Service Cockpit allows users to open document info records of different versions linked to requests. Business rules can be transferred to other systems more quickly and remain active after a successful transport. Highlights of the new version are available directly within the application.
