03 - IMPLEMENTATION PLANNING TARGET ARCHITECTURE

Once decisions have been made on the questions from the current state analysis and the workshops have been made, the next step is to create an implementation plan. This includes a schedule based on the activity list and the necessary preparatory work, so that at the end of this phase you as an organisation have a concrete plan for the transition to SAP S/4HANA.

04 - IMPLEMENTATION

Based on the decisions taken, the necessary preparatory work, and all the other findings from the previous phases, it is time for implementation. Always with the primary objective of implementing an optimal migration strategy with maximum data quality.

Smooth migration to the new target landscape must be ensured at all times.

Implementation methods are Brownfield (migration of existing systems) or Greenfield (building from scratch).
